At the very first sight, the product web site looks very nice for me, that was positive.
After reading the product information, I noticed a portable version available to download, so I decided to share that version with you. Portable versions of software are always welcome!
At the first run, I saw the same design guidelines as on the web site over the user interface. "Cool" I thought, "Now we will see if it works as well as it seems".
It's easy to start, you just select the "Defrag Registry" option, after 30-40 seconds of the Registry Structure analysis I was ready to start the defragmentation.
At this point, as you can see at the picture, my registry was really broken in too many fragments! So I decided to fix that as soon as possible.
My surprise was big when I saw the process to finish in a snap. Of course, the program asked me to reboot Windows, and so I did. I didn't perform an exact benchmark, but I could say that I noticed a slight boost of the performance.
Just be aware, because Quicksys RegDefrag makes copies of your registry, you will identify them in your Windows drive, with the "rdbkp" extension. I'm not really sure if I shpould delete them!
